got a great deal on a new V8 camaro - tomato red - got some water spots but just lot rot, not etch

anybody got any tips?

I'm thinking Menzerna 4500 first with white pad and then prima HM or CS

or BF SRC, then CS?

First - change your screen name to GlenGotACamaro :lol2:

Me, I would wash, clay, BFTPnS or PB PWS, (either by white pad) then BF Crystal mist.

Drop top or hard top ?

Nice you got the mylink, HUD, rs package, AND a v8!!! Very sweet set up :)

yup - very happy with the package - no roof (useless to me) and just the right amt of tech (my link) HUD is cute...would have liked the polished rims but the painted is OK until Il put Vossens on it next year...

Welcome to the Camaro club and congrats!

Even though I can't keep up with yours I still love to drive mine. I am getting to hate black though, 3 hours into spring washing and polishing and only got the hood, roof and trunk lid polished. Man have I got some nasty scratches in it for some reason. I am beat but will start on the vertical panels in the morning and hoping by the end of the day I have a coat of BFWDAFPP on it.

Good luck with the ride man! I am trying to live by my motto, "you only go around in this world one time, I may as well try and enjoy it while it lasts". That is the reason I finally bought one and come to think of it, it is exactly one year ago when I bought it.

Dean. :rockon

When you do, let me know. I'd love to buy your wheels off you. I'll be living in Davie by then too, so I'll be in driving distance :)
