i have a new mercadies to detail this week and i have a few questions.
the previous cars i have done i have been noticing some small things.
first thing is the windows i clean look smuged when im done.. i dont know if its the microfiber i use or the cleaner. i use streak free glass cleaner by detail king. and microfibers from costco.
it almost looks like it leaves behind an oil residue that looks like a smear or smudge. only in certain lighting tho.
second question is i have noticed on brand new paint jobs ( black and red to be specific ) i get small swirls in the paint. i use a cyclone by detail king and STS3000 with a light pad. i buff off with microfibers from costco. im guessing its the micros that leave the swirls cuz i read somewhere that some micros have 20% poly in them. would it make much of a difference to buy some good 100% microfiber buffing towels?
