New 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L Leather Seats

I have a new 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L with Gray Leather seats. This is the first car I have owner with leather. I plan on this being a long term vehicle.
What product or products with clean, protect, and condition these seats?
 
Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel to clean followed by Ultima Interior Guard Plus to protect.
 
Chemical Guys Leather Cleaner to clean. either 303 Aerospace or Blackfire Interior Protectant to protect. Clean a couple times per year and apply protectant every couple months or so. I will clean/re-protect my center arm rest about every month in the summer since it has a lot of skin contact. In the winter it's always long sleeves, so it doesn't require as much maintenance.
 
I use poorboys leather stuff on my van and furniture in the house. I like it because I don't have to do it twice with a separate cleaner and a conditioner.
