"Neighborhood flyer detailing" question

thinking about throwing some flyers around the neighborhood advertising detailing available for the weekends.

I'm a graphic designer during the workweek, but thought detailing neighbor's cars on the weekend would add some nice income to the wallet. anyways just wondering,

what kind of libility insurance do i need, or property insurance to get to make sure I m covered if something horrible were to happen?

I ve detailed 3 cars so far ranging from early nineties to last year models and using the autopian wisdom of least abbrasive first havent caused one scratch or imperfection yet. this has given me a nice amount of confidence to even think about working on other peoples cars.

so I the question to those who have gone in to "neighborhood flyer" detailing what advice can you offer those of us thinking about following in your footsteps.

(p.s. sorry i dont have pics of details i ve done so far, hopefully will have some uploaded in the near future.)

and as always many thanks for any ideas or wisdom you have on the subject.

Besides insurance, talk to an attorney and form a entity such as a limited liability company or s-corporation to protect your personal assets.
