want to sell them but paint is faded and heavily oxidized dont have pc can i use hand buffing or what should i do...any and all help/advice is greatly appreciated..
 
Faded is one thing, but if they are heavily oxidized you might want to consider getting a PC. It can take 3-10 hours to buff a faded and oxidized car with a machine. I'm not sure what others think, but I would say triple by hand, if the oxidization isn't too bad.

Welcome to the board. Could you supply year, colour, make&model, pics? What products are you using?
 
a 92 honda accord its a light or pale green color and a 91 buick century that is dark blue..uh..oh..thanks for welcoming me and the quick response where can i get a pc ..target, wal-mart home depot???
 
You can get one at Lowe's, but it's difficult to find the backing plate and foam pads you'll need locally. Lowe's does have the best price on the PC though even better than what you'll find on-line.
