Need some contract advice...

I've got a contract law class that I'm taking this quarter. One of my more exciting projects is to create a contract. Of course, I want to do an automobile detailing contract. I was hoping that some of you guys could give me some ideas as to what should be included in the contract to CYA, if you know what I mean. Anyone that has examples they could email me could do that too. I'd appreciate it a lot. I've know the legalease stuff that needs to go in there, but I'm just trying to think and cover all my bases. It may be the contract that I actually use someday. Thanks guys!

I have a contact for a cable company. I dont know where it is though but i can tell you what is on it.



1. The amount per vehicle and what is included with that amount.

If it is not included then i can charge more for it.



2. The amount of time i can wash each vehicle per month



3. I am not responsible for items inside the vehicles



4. That i am fully insured and a copy of the policy goes to the company



5. How long the contract is for and if it can be terminated at any time and who can terminate it



6. how long the company has to pay for the services and % on late fees



thats all i can think of right now, but i am sure i can find more
