I'm guessing this is not leather right? ok. you're local store should have some good upholstery stain removers . Spot Shot is good . Blue Coral has a good cleaner.
if you have Oxy-mix or Oxy-Magic at home get a gallon of warm water and put a scoop in and disolve . use a nylon scrub brush with the mix and agitate.Don't soak the surface too much it will add to the drying time while giving you the same results. Blot with a towel the vaccuum up.
If you don't have any of these products at home , try woolite. mix 6 parts water to 1 part woolite . great results . i use both the woolite and oxy mixes all the time on clients and my personal cars..
