Need pro in Tampa for etched bug guts...

Hi all..



I recently purchased a 2008 Lexus IS250. Got a great deal on it. I knew going in to it that there was neglect on the hood and front bumper due to previous owner not having cleaned off those nasty love bugs in a timely manner.



Restoring the clear coat is far beyond my level of experience or comfort. I'm looking for an experienced professional in Tampa that can take a look at this vehicle and let me know if it is reparable and at what cost. The car is beautiful and I'd like to get the front end looking great, too.



Everything appears to just be in the clear coat but this is my first Lexus so I'm not sure how thick that coat is and what can be done.

To clarify, I'm looking to get the clear coat polished so that the etching in the clear coat is minimized. I don't think I'm down to the paint level, but I really don't know to be sure. You can feel the gouging in the clear coat when you run your thumb nail over the paint.



Previous owner must have really not cared, but he took great care of the rest of the car and maintained the mechanical bits to perfection.
 
I work basically in downtown Tampa so I can travel to St. Pete or where ever is necessary to have a professional work on the vehicle.
