Need opinion about this alternative to a non-garage user

Hi guys,



I need your opinion on this one.

The more i read, the more i like the whole detailing world.



Winter/cold weather would be here in 1 month.

So i don't have time to practice etc. . .

But next summer, i'm planning to detail family's cars etc so i can become more confident job after job.



So let's get to the important ...

I don't have a 'garage' and i don't feel like waiting about the sun to reach the "perfect place" in the sky so i can have a lot of shade.

So i would like to know if this would be a good buy :

12' x 12'.

Canadian Tire is running a special this week : 75$ instead of 150$



What do you think guys ?

Is there another alternative that would be better ?

Any 12" x 12" or 10" x 10" pop up tent would be sufficient.
