I was just wondering where on this forum could I find the meanings of some of the terminology??



DACP, UPP, etc... etc..

You are right, DACP, UPP and many others are not listed in the acronym list. The problem has been brought up before (by me and others) and has been promised to be updated.

We really need someone to step up and update the list.

Well if they aren't on the list, I'm taking your word for it, then:



DACP- Meg's Dual Action Cleaner Polish (AKA Meg's #83), a diminishing-abrasive polish, strong enough to remove serious swirls. Quite popular here.



UPP (AKA "PUPP")- Platinum Premium Paint Protection, a synthetic sealant comparable to Blackfire II (BFII) but preferred by some for supposedly being less prone to smearing. Notable for being "carnauba-like" in appearance.
