Need Help With Stain!!!

Well my girlfriend just picked up here 05 Chevy Equinox from the dealership this past weekend and last night she sat in somthing black and tar like somewhere and got it on here brand new light gray cloth interior. Well she calls me freaking out so I tried to get it out with the Little Green Machine with no luck any ideas to get rid of this I was wondering about a Magic eraser but have never used it?
 
We Use A Product Called Acrisol To Remove Greese And Tar From Cloth Seats

It Doesnt Take Much To Do The Work So Start Small
