Need help to pick a machine "scrubber" for carpets

I have a flex rotary and i was wondering if you guys know of a good scrubber to attach to it. Would it be better to attach a scrubber into the flex or would be better to buy a palm-held scrubber? I've seen a palm held machine scrubber on youtube and it seems to work pretty well. Any suggestions on this subject matter would be appreciated.
 
Cyclo makes a brush attachment for DA polishers, won't screw into a rotary though, the thread size isn't the same. There is a battery powered scrubber that works pretty good, doesn't have the power a DA but enough to help scrub out stubborn stains.
 
Aren't there scrubbing pads that will fit on just like a polishing pad? Or maybe that was the cyclo I'm remembering.
 
I don't remember the name but I bought it at Target near where they sell vacuums about 10 years ago. Been a long time since I used it because once I got the Cyclo brushes, I didn't need it anymore.
 
Waste of time and money IMO. Unless you have a spare PC lying around that you can have set up with the carpet brush you will probably find that you dont want to swap back and forth between backing plates and the carpet brush. I have the white bristle brush attachment and find it is far too soft to be of any use for heavily soiled carpets...a stiff bristle hand brush and a little elbow grease are much more effective.
 
The reason why i want to buy a mechanical one is BURN-OUT. I really get burned out and super tired just by scrubbing them carpets. I'd rather let the machine do the work. Sometimes, we gotta work smarter not harder...

Takes 30 seconds to swap the backing plate for the brush attachment. I have the green brush, pretty stiff bristles. Buzzes stains out a lot faster than I can by hand. Not even close.

Agreed....though I have a DA dedicated for the brush now. :)

Maybe I need to give it another chance, but I thought the white brush was awful and it is stiffer than the green/aqua brush. I can see it being a great tool on a cream puff interior but for those nasty floor mats I have never found it to be effective. Any tips you can share that might make it more effective for me?

I've seen a similar video about carpet cleaning on youtube but instead of using a DA, this guy was using a DRILL. I dont have a DA but i have a hand drill that i bought from home depot. I just bought the attachment from amazon for 18 dollars. Hope this work because hand scrubbing aint cutting it.
 
We use a pneumatic dual action sander with a brush from Cyclo.

The sander is about ~$50 from Home Depot.

We never did care for using electricity near water...
