Need help removing sun visor

Hi,



I purchased my car with a rear sun visor and I desprately need to remove it. However it is firmly attached on the sides by a screw in brace and some type of adhesive on the top, either glue or some kind of silicone?



The brace comes off easily without marking the paintwork, just alot of dirt underneath, but the top bit with adhesivee is firmly stuck on. Anyone have any ideas how to remove this withouth damaging the paintwork? Can this be done professionally?

Pics would help....But for adhesives....try searching for threads about emblem removal or debadging...they may help...
