I bought my car about 3 months ago. I've been keeping her clean but there are some stains that I'm not able to get off with simple soap and water. Can someone suggest what I could use to remove some of these stains?

And the last one is pretty frustrating. I have no idea what it is. It could be tree goo or super glue. I don't know! But I cannot get it off no matter how hard I scub.
