Need Help Please!!!!

OK I am fairly new to detailing with my new PC 7424...But I am going to buff out a 2002 Indigo Blue Blazer that has quite a few minor scratches ( from car washes and stuff like that)nothing major though... Now I have Meguiars#85( which is way too much for this) Meguiars#83, Meguiars#82 and all of the Propel Pads...Which one of the propel polishing pads would I use? And will the Meguiars#83 work? And what speed should the PC be at...please let me know because I am new at this and dont want to do anything wrong....Thank you

I'm not sure you know how serious the scratches really are. You said they are from car washes. If you mean automatic brush car washes, the scratches/swirls are probably more serious than you think. You'll see once you try to remove them.

Out of your choices, I'd try #83 with a green pad first. Work it in on speed 6. Any lower speed takes too long. If it doesn't remove the swirls or reduce them to your satisfaction, go at it again with a yellow pad. If they are pretty well reduced, then finish it off with #83 or #82 on a blue pad.
