need detailer to wetsand out scratches.

im looking for a detailer in ny/nj but by perferred who could wetsand out some scratches i have on my paint.

I'm on Long Island, just curious, if those scratches are in the clear deep or down to the base coat or primer if 1 stage paint, wet sanding isn't going to correct this.
