To be honest, the words "cheap" and "reliable" don't really go hand in hand. The people that you will find to do it for "cheap" will usually take their time because they're doing it for less money or because they've got other things going on besides your site. To get it done quickly and professionally costs good money. You may be able to hire a college student who's studying to do it for pretty cheap, but don't forget that they've also got their studies so your site will most definitely be on the bottom of the priority list. I've been down this road before so I speak from experience. This is why I bit the bullet and learned how to do it myself :). Anyway, what's your idea of "cheap"?

yeah cheap and good doesn't mix. sorry. If you want something done right got to pay, Like in the book "think and grow rich" said: you cant get something without giving. especially website, i think it needs to be done professionally because its kind of customers first impression of you.

It's going good other than the fact the county just announced it will be cutting 125 jobs due to budget cuts. I may be back in the game full time soon. :D

Not a biggie as I the work I have turned away this winter would have kept me as busy as I was all Summer. Either way, I am doing well. Thanks for asking John!

As others have said, you get what you pay for normally.

When I design a website for someone and they want to pay $500, they get a premade template that I work on when I get around to it. If someone pays $1000 or more, they are gonna be getting a customized design for them with a much faster turn around.

Do want a $500 one-step express detail or do you want a $2000 full correction? Its up to you.

Your results may vary, but that is kinda how web designers work in general.
