Natty Wax

Just recieved my Natty Wax today (thanks Steve), it came with a rectangular block, kind of like a hard sponge. My question to all: What is it? :o

The block work great. Better than any applicator I have ever used. Spray S&W on it till it gets soft. Wring out. Use it to put a nice thin coat of wax on car.

When you are done waxing, put it in saran wrap so it doesnt dry out. You can then use it again when you use the Natty wax.
I put mine in a baggie, and it mildewed :(

IMO, it might be better to just let it dry out, and re-hydrate it before using. Letting it dry out doesn't hurt it at all, AFAIK, and it seems to come right back when soaked in water. :nixweiss

You can do either...if it dries out just soak it in warm water and it comes right back...if it is kept in a baggie and it get a bit of mildew from being warm and wet, just wash it out with anti-bacterial soap...they last forever and leave a real smooth even coat. They also can get real close to trim without getting it on the trim.

:xyxthumbs a unique and useful tool !

Ah, anti-bacterial soap! I haven't tried it yet, but it'll probably be gentler on the app than the bleach-water bath I had planned for it. Thanks for the suggestion . . .
