Natty Black for a 99 vette?

A coworker of mine owns a garaged black 99 Vette. 26k miles.
I checked with him today and it`s not metallic either.
He doesn`t want it polished, but I suggested he try something i would give him.

I plan on giving him my won jar of NB and a applicator.
I don`t really think a wax is the best choice for my daily drivers.
I haven`t had any time since a family health issue prevented me from doing any vehicles since early April.

Would this be a good choice for him and his Vette?

Thanks. I was honestly very surprised at how well it "filled". That was the first time I had ever used it. Glazes had never really impressed me like BH.
