Thats a very nice offer Gil. Have you ever thought of offering a asst of samples for sale ? There are many of us that wouldn't mind paying for samples before buying a large amount of a given product. BOGO is a excellent price but to purchase two larger bottles of something that a buyer may not like is more then some want to do. Just a idea.
 
What type of life do the various products claim to have under ideal conditions? I didn't read that info in their descriptions.

how do your products comepare to carpro or optimum for example...i mean i know its a loaded question being it is your product, but do you have some literature or side by side testing?

so far not impressed. Placed an order, got an email saying it was cancelled and they wanted more money because of an error on their part. Probably won'tbe seeing any of my money
 
Not very pleased thus far. Make an order 2 nights ago, got an email this morning saying they were cancelling my order due to a mistake on their part and wanted more money. Not very good customer service to make me pay for a mistake they made.

I hate to hear this happened to you but im glad I didn't spend my money with them and spent it with T.

We had a glitch in the system and was nice enough to inform you, i guess 50% off is not good for you.

When was the last time you got something for a bargain such as this one.

BTW- You were the only person to complain about this, what does that tell you.

So as a vendor trying to get their foot in the door with our detailing community your comment was inappropriate. If this error was your fault then you should take the hit for it and then correct it for future orders. If you were in his shoes and a vendor was requesting more money because of a mistake in their part would you be happy they wanted more of your hard earned money?? Because of this is will NOT be spending my hard earned money with you.

Wow, what great representation. Despite you and your lack of CS I tried to place my order again yesterday and your system is still fouled up.
