Those pictures are very cool! It is amazing to see how the All American Sports car as evolved over 50 years. Congrats on the new toy too!

Thanks, i would sell the 08 long before I would the 58.

Given the choice, I'd take the 58 in a heartbeat....

How did you get the old 07 rims on an 08? I like the 08 rims better.:chuckle:

Those are the 08 chrome rims straight from the factory -- I did Museum pickup on the 10th of March and they were on there when I pick them up.

Awesome pics, scary to think that the two cars in the driveway likely cost more than the house in today's market...back in the day, the older vett was what $4-5k max or less?

And of course, gas was about $3 cheaper a gallon too. Kudos on those vetts.

Sounds like you're a big fan of Dennis' car

Dennis, hope you enjoy the car in good health. That LS3 is a monster. It took me headers, catback, tune, and a CAI to make what your car makes stock with my LS2.

The LS3's are insane. Does it have the Z06 exhaust option, for the 435hp rating? How was the museum delivery option...RC8 isnt it? It's amazing it only cost about $500 to have that option. Did you go down and watch it come down the line? Love the color.
