Here's the way I always do it.

1. Go to www.photobucket.com (Free photo hosting site)
2. Create an account.
3. Upload pictures from your computer to photobucket
4. Right-click on the pictures in photobucket and click on Properties
5. Copy the URL of the picture
6. Post a new message on this forum and click on the icon above that is yellow and has a mountain on it (Insert Image).
7. Past the URL of the picture into the image window and click OK.

It sounds complicated, but once you do it it's very easy.
