My Experience with Quick Detailers....

I remember when Meg.'s came out with the first QD... thought I'd never have to wash my car again:huh::Dancing Dot:

I use it for this and that but a lot less than I used to. Mainly a clay lube. I also give my customers a small bottle of QD along with a good microfiber for bird incidents.

I like Adam's QD, seems to do a good job, priced right for a gallon and it has a pleasant scent. I'm going to try making a gallon of ONR up and using that for a QD. Anyone tried it for that?

Haha.... I thought the same thing! Just spray and wipe right on the DIRT! What could be easier?!!!:Dancing Dot:

Great idea! I may adopt that...(with your permission!)

ONR as a QD is excellent. I mix about one ounce with water in a 32oz spray bottle. (I don't know if that's the recommended ratio, but it seems to work well.)

This is a very nice QD. Good for glass cleaning too! Smells good (like fresh laundry) and leaves a slick finish. Cheap too! Hard to find fault with ONR/QD!:clap:

I mixed up a quart of ONR at the higher lube strength for claying and had quite a bit left. I tried it as a 'spray n wash' product on a bike that was dirtier than you'd use a QD on with great results. No marring even on Harley's miserably soft Vivid Black! A very versatile product!

:clap:I agree! I always keep plenty around. When my gallon gets half down, I order a new one!:Dancing Dot::biggrin:
