is highly neglected when it comes to teating the paint good. i've actually just started to get back into cleaning it and everything again. i like to really drive the car though and i beat up on it alot and sometimes all the cleaning gets annoying. So heres a couple pics of it finally getting a hand wash. need to polish/wax it soon. haven't done that since like september last year(it was in storage for like 4 months of that though). hopefully more blingy pics in the next few weeks to come

What are your plans for it when the detail comes along?
 
yeah, the skirts are a pita :D its even worse now cause the car is a little lower than in that pic. those were fresh springs there and they've settled down to where i have basically no wheelgap now. kinda hard to reach down there and under when cleaning.



as far as plans. i don't really know yet. i have some meguires high tech yellow and some meguires glaze i've had for awhile and used to use. always been happy with those. i was thinking about maybe trying some new stuff but i dunno what yet. figured i'd looked around here for awhile and see what sounds good. always open for suggestions cause i know some kinds of stuff look better on certain colors than others or just work really good in general
 
what year is that? Have you had any problems with the headlights hazing over? My wife had her 95 avenger before me and the headlights are hazed some kind of bad. I really think they can't be saved. I tried Meg. plastic polish w/ a polishing wheel on a drill, numerous polish's/ cleaners. The bottom half may be pitted, that may be why I can't make any progress. BTW, your car looks great!
 
For some reason i like the car......The front kinda looks like a viper....hood and headlights look like a new GTO....and from those pics the rear look kinda like an RX7....never the less the best looking Avenger i've seen.......maybe subtract the stickers....and get diff wheels.....cause the wheel look like they were stolen from a Porsche lol....

the passenger side flares out a little. it is fiberglass though so its not really perfect.
 
I think your car would look pretty cool, if .......... you'd ditch your stickers. :cool: At the minimum remove the one on the front bumper. I think your wheels work really well. The twist in the spokes picks up the upsweep from the rocker panel.



If you don't have fog lights, which it doesn't look like from the pic, get some wire mesh, paint it black and use it to plug those big holes.
