My $85 4th of July Detail Special...

I sent e-mails to all my "regulars" for a "full detail" for 85 bucks this week and through the weekend. (Normal price is $100)

It includes:

Wash with Meg's Gold Class/Claybar
(Claybar while I'm washing to save time)
Blackfire WD
Vacuum interior
Clean interior glass
Clean & Dress interior vinyl, plastic, leather
Clean & Dress wheels & tires

No polishing, no tar removal, no extras. (That seems to be OK for most customers.)

My regular customers keep their cars pretty decent so I can do their cars in about 2 hours.

Also, for those folks, I told them I'd detail the engine bay for an additional $20.

Here's the first....

The Wet Diamond on Silver looks impressive!

Here's a helpful hint: Don't forget to roll down the windows a couple inches and get that built up crud on the window tops!

Nice work! :cornut: There's nothing quite like starting a holiday weekend, - especially with a nicely prepped vehicle.

Awesome writeup Bill :)

I like the idea of the holiday special and discount. Perhaps I may do something similar for a few of my client as well. :)

Ooops... forgot the engine shot! This customer was willing to spring for the extra $20!

With today's engines being covered in plastic, vinyl and rubber, engine cleaning is pretty fast and simple...

The method I use is to saturate the engine bay with APC, scrub lightly with a long handle brush, rinse lightly with water, dry and spray with Stoner Trim Shine.

Takes about 20 minutes.

Great job. A "Special deal" for a holiday week-end is a great idea, even if your customer is busy this week-end they will have you in thei mind for a detail afterwards >>

As we don't celebrate July 4th in England (the reason escapes me right now ;)

Have a great 4th guys (eat a hamburger for me) Cheers

It's been raining alot this week, and my ride is in need of a very good wash and the interior needs some cleaning up also.

When you purchase one of my packages, I always give a 24-hour rain guarantee. If you have to drive in the rain within 24 hours, just bring it over for a free wash... While you wait!

Let me see,......that's about a 16 -20 hr drive to you. I might have to start now to get it done before the 4 of July......:D
