VERY nice! Lookin' good!

Hows that RainX glass cleaner?

RainX is great! The best part of it is there's no dripping; it sprays on like spray paint, and no streaking whatsoever!

Have you had a chance to try it's twin: Vinylex?

No I haven't. How is it in comparison to Armor-All?

For heaven's sake man, keep those MF's off the floor!!!!!!

Jeez, reeelax!

There's no harm in leaving them on the floor for 15 seconds. I rinsed and cleaned them just as I would if I didn't have them on the floor. Now go take your medication before you get an aneurysm

I appologize for asking the product question earlier, I didn't notice your list. I live in Davie and need to tint my windows. I noticed yours are tinted, where did you get them and are you happy with the way they came out.

I had my car tinted at Sound Blazers on Commercial blvd. I always go there because I know the owners and they give me really good discounts. I had 5% done all around and 50% done on the windshield. I'm very satisfied with the results; it came out flawless. It's the third car I've got tinted with them and everytime it comes out good. You'll know right away they know what they're doing because when you pull up to the shop most of the customer's cars there are high-end $60,000+ cars.

Immaculate! Now the challenge is to KEEP it looking that way. Autopia is definitely the place to learn how to do just that. Great job and nice car!:xyxthumbs

I actually got the link from YOU on V6P.net :lol

I'm glad I got it. I didn't think there was a better detailers forum than the OffTopic.com "Show & Shine" forum. I've learned so much in just the 2 days I've been here. Thanks! :xyxthumbs

Actually he's right. Never ever NEVER put your MFs or anything that is going to touch your paint on the ground, not even for a second. If one falls, put it in to be washed and pick up a new one. If its touched the ground, it doesn't touch my car until its been thoroughly washed and inspected. MFs are designed to capture dirt and draw it into the fibers so it doesn't scratch. You may think the bricks are clean but believe me, there are tons of small particlates of dust, sand, brick material, pollen, tree/flower seeds on them.

Its VERY VERY easy to pick something up off of the ground in those MFs, transfer it right to the paint and do serious damage and you'd never know until it was too late. Especially important on a dark car.

No need to get defensive, you're here to learn right ;) Learn from mistakes people have already made so you dont have to make em.

Car looks awesome!

Yeah, usually I go along with the 'lighten up dude" type responses to a lot of autopian's quirks. However once I dropped a MF on my garage floor workshop that was covered in sawdust. Talk about your pick up and grab properties of a MF. I picked sawdust out of that thing with a pair if tweezers even after washing it twice.

I get real cranky now if one ever hits the ground.

wax on,

JonT
