1995 Mustang Cobra engine detail only...

Process:

1. Let engine cool until warm but not hot.
2. Covered all electrical parts with aluminum foil
3. Saturated the entire engine compartment with APC+
4. Let soak 5 minutes
5. Scrub everything with a toilet brush
6. Rinse very LIGHTLY with a trickle of water from a bottle
7. Dried with an old t-shirt
8. Sprayed entire engine bay with Stoner Trim Shine (CD2 is also an excellent engine detail spray)
9. Done.....

I'd say about 40-45 minutes at the most. Today's engine bays have a lot of rubber, vinyl and plastic. Very easy to clean and dress.

An engine bay with lots of chrome, polished aluminum and paint takes much longer...
