Mr. Clean auto dry and Klasse

I have several layers of Klasse SG on my car now. The weather is getting colder here in the NE. I was wondering if it's ok to wash my car with Mr. Clean auto dry even though I have Klasse SG on my car?

You should be OK as long as you don't use the Mr.Clean soap. I've heard this soap will strip all wax and sealant. Must be Dawn or something stronger.

If you're worried about it, just wash it in the normal method and dry it. Then you'll know that everything is fine. Just make sure you use a quality wash soap.

The soap is fine. I use it on a regular's vehicles (all black) since he prefers I use a hose instead of QEW. His partner has a water deionizer at his house and office, but not this guy. I just use it as directed, then pull the vehicles into the garage, blow the water out of the crevices and dry. I use the spot free advantage of the Mr. Clean to buy me some time to get the cars into the garage and the seams blown out without much of the water drying and spotting like the regular hose water does.

BTW, I use #16 on the CL500, NXT on the ML430 and EX on the Excursion. I haven't noticed an adverse affect on durability using the Mr. Clean soap. Remember, the soap is designed to make the rinse water sheet. Next time the vehicle gets wet, it beads normally.
