Mothers™ Mag and Aluminum Polish Lots Of Rust Removal !!

Here is a mini review of some rims that I recently took on the challenge of restoring them back to a almost new apperance. These rims were not coated with Brake Dust....that would have been too easy, these were covered and ate up with Rust, Yes, RUST !! Nothing but pure neglect from the owner....which is another up and coming review on a Cadillac CTS.....on with the show. Allot of elbow grease and hours went into this project.

Process:

Washed with P21S TAW
Megs APC
(4-5) applications
LC Yellow foam pad cut in to 4 quarters
Sealed with Wolfgang MetallWerk™ Concours Metal Sealant
Tires applied with Opti Bond

Nice save Wendell. Mothers Mag & Aluminum has had a place in my arsenal for as long as I can remember. Its a proven winner.

In many ways, Mother's Mag & Aluminum Polish is the reason I have such a cool career now.

Many many many many hours were spent with this polish, hand rubbing out the Cragars' on my dad's 442. Some kids can remember the smell of blueberry pancakes or mom's coffee (or whatever). To this day I can remember the smell of the original formula Mother's Mag & Aluminum Polish.

I could even tell when they changed the formula (sometime around 2002, likely for VOC regulations). Luckily the product (despite the slightly different smell) still performs amazingly (identically) well.
