Mothers California Gold

My situation is I'm laidoff my job and money is a bit short. I've always used Zaino, but I happen to be out of it right now.

I have been looking for a cheap holdover until I can order more, and decided to use Mothers. Basically was an random choice looking at all the waxes.

Can anybody tell me about the California Gold, their thoughts and experiences?

Also what wax is S100 and where can you get that? I've read some about it on here. Thanks!

S100 would be the better choice. You can get that at harley davidson shops. Just check locally for them or go to their website and look through their store locator.
 
Mother's is a good choice. But from all the reviews here, S100 has better shine and slightly better durability, but is just not as widely available. Many bike shops, and most Harley shops, as Jngr said, will have them.



I don't think you'll be disappointed with Mother's, but I am sure you'll be ecstatic with the results of S100.
 
I have used California gold for some time and really like it, however I started using Mothers Reflections and like it better, it gives my white car the wet look, and cost about the same.

I happen to have both and like them about the same when talking about shine, but I do prefer S100 only because it does not stain the trim. You will be happy with either one.
