Mothers 2-Clay Bar Kit for 12.14+tax @ Advanced Auto Parts

I don't know how mothers products are viewed here, but I thought this was a good deal.



Advanced Auto Parts has Mothers Clay Bar kits for 12.17+tax . This seemed like a good deal to me.



The kit consists of 2 80g Clay bars, Lube and a microfiber cloth.



As a warning, there seems to be a separate kit just mixed in that has only ONE 80g clay bar, lube and a small bottle of Mothers cleaner wax for the same price.



For those in the Lexington, Ky area the Advanced on Nicholasville Rd. (the one across the street from Panera) still had 3-4 of the dual bar kits and 1-2 of the single bar kits left.

Kind of OT but they also have $10 off when you buy 2 of the Bosch Icon wiper blades. I installed a set of those on a friends Durango before a road trip from Atlanta to Canada. He said they worked great. They are expensive to start with. I am going to get a set for the wifes car.

i got the one bar kit here in south jersey. didnt see any two bar kits.

The Advance stores in Raleigh NC have the 2 bar kits (with the towel) but not all on the shelf are the same (still one 1 bar) when I last looked.

I went to one Advance Auto today, they had the one bar Mother's kit for $12.17. I left and drove to another Advance Auto about 7 miles away....they had the 2 bar kit for $12.17. I bought it.

2 x 80 gram bars of yellow clay, a bottle of Mother's Showtime Detailer, and a yellow MF, $12.17. Good deal.

I did pick up a 16 oz can of Liquid Glass for $9.95 at the first Advance Auto. The register kept coming up $22.99, but it was on the clearance shelf with a $9.95 sticker, so that's what I paid. Always wanted to try that, but it was too rich for my blood at $22.00.

Also picked up a package of 7 MF 16x24 towels at O'Reilly's for $5.99.

Thats a good deal. I just paid 17 for mothers clay, spray and it had a tiny wax bottle.
