One thing I have learned being in business for myself is to watch and cut costs as much as possible. Another thing I do since I run detailing clinics all over is to get to know newspaper editors. It finally paid off last week when I got a call from one asking me if I would be interested in hosting a detailing forum in the paper where readers could write in questions and answers. I wouldn't get paid for it but they indicated I could talk about and promote my business. THAT IS HUGE!!!! Imagine how many readers I can reach out to and pass on detailing information to. I'm so excited over this I couldn't sleep last night thinking about how to run the editorial. Hmmm. maybe I should get to know some people that work in TV??????? never know. Gary

What Iâ€â„¢ve done in the past is to initially (after introducing yourself and your Company) post a few FAQ and invite readers to submit questions for you to answer; this gets them involved in your editorial. And you could pick a â€Ëœsubjectâ€â„¢ for each editorial, like convertible top care, or glass cleaningâ€Â¦good luck itâ€â„¢s a great opportunity to advertise your services
