This was a fun car to do. It is the first detail of the year, so I had to resist breaking a bottle of champagne on the fender or something like that.
It was a simple wash, clay, XMT2, and Wolfgang sealant car. There wasn't anything that really stood out as extra damage on this car. No ridiculous overspray or excessive damage due to neglect or anything like that. It is always a pleasure to detail a car owned by someone who knows how to take care of it. The owner actually works for RallySportDirect.com, so hopefully it will make a positive impression and mean more Subarus this year. 
I will hand it to Subaru designers... They know how to build the curves just right so that you really get some great looks when it is polished up right. Next to Porsche I don't know another car that bends the light and looks as good as Subaru to my taste. Everything else is either too rounded or too square to bend like this. Subaru adds bends in the middle of curves and it really throws light well. The hood scoops don't hurt either. I prefer the ones on the Legacy, but they definitely add a lot.
