after drying the towels in the dryer, there was small blue and black balls of lint on it? what did i do wrong? can they be removed?

Guess is right, must have been lint in the dryer before you put the towels in there. You could pick it off but that might take awhile. Just try re-washing the towels, and toss them in a clean dryer. :up

A thought:

Try using a swiffer in the dryer to remove the lint...Or as I do bust out the shop vac and vacuum the dryer.

Sure, you can wipe down the dryer with a wet towel to get rid of any light lint that you may have rolling around in the dryer. Laters

I was able to winterize 2/3 of my vehicles to date. I am scheduled for some shoulder surgery Monday the 15th and I will be sidelined for a while.

I did the 2 I own first and figured the DD that is leased would be last. If I don't get to it, oh well. The hood was polished and sealed with BFWD a few weeks ago as part of my ongoing swirl removal education.

So I am hopeful that the weather and time will allow for me to knock out the rest of the car. I just returned from a 4 day business trip so I want to spend some quality time with the family over the car and I think that will allow me to test the BFWD as apposed to nothing! last time I LSP'd the DD was with Ultima in April or May. My guess is the only protection is form the Ultima QD I have used infrequently.

My shoulder pain is not at the point that I can't function it just that it get numb now and then so I need to get this done.

I will check in and since I can't do ..I will read, so please post!

Have a good weekend all.

Thanks for the update JSFM35X, have a great weekend with the family and keep us posted on your shoulder.

Good luck with the shoulder surgery buddy. My MIL just had a new shoulder replacement and she is recovering nicely. Where are you having it done?

If you need help with your ride while you are recovering, and feel like taking a ride to Jersey, I would be more then happy to lend you a hand.

Hey Barry, I hope your MIL is doing well. I appreciate your offer and thank you for it very much. That is really nice of you. My shoulder surgery is not quite as extensive as your MIL's. i have removing 2 bone spurs, repairing a torn rotator cuff and repairing a damaged labrum. Clearly my warranty has expired!

Monday the 15th is my big day. I am using a pretty famous doctor and he has very good results with this type of procedure. He did my knee a few year ago. Its an outpatient procedure.

Thanks for your offer, I know it is genuine and very, and it is very generous. I will let you know, but it is very much apprecaited!

Your a good guy!

Jeff

Jeff,
I really did mean what I said.
My MIL had her surgery at Columbia Presb. in NYC by the team Orthopedist for the Yankees. I hope your proceedure turns out as well as hers did.
Good luck. We will all be thinking of you.
