Microfiber question...

You guys are going to probably laugh so I'll give you a minute or 2 to calm yourselves down enough to answer me. :p

Anyway I have 1 question I havn't been able to find the answer to by searching. I've never used a microfiber towel and have a couple coming from CMA with my PC kit and some 3m SMR. If you look in this thread you'll see that he has a picture of both the front and the back side of the towel. Does it matter which side you use on your car or are both sides safe to use? Seems trivial but I'd like to know. ;)



BTW I ordered 2 of them... looks like I'll need to order about 8 more huh? :)
 
Most of the high end microfibers have one side that is really plush, and one that is not so. On the paint, the plush side is recommended. The non-plush side doesn't have the ability to trap and hold dirt, wax residue, ect like the plush side. The non plush side can be used on glass and such, but the real benifit of the microfiber is only realized on the plush side.
