that's cool, i use Pakshak's but will definitely store it in the ole brain.....

Hmmmm, I usually take the open scissors, slide one blade in between each side of the label, and cut. I now have two labels, simply pull one side at a time....Never had a problem....=) just my .02.

I believe that's the way you should do it anyway, but that is the most concisely I've seen it presented.
