So last weekend, I detailed my Cobra. Well, for some reason I completely forgot about the wet MF towels in a bag in the back of my car in a plastic bag. Well, I opened my trunk today and found them there again.



I then took them straight upstairs to the washer and opened the bag. There was a bit of a "wet dog" smell. I'm not sure if they mildewed or not, but I figured I'd ask you guys. They're washing at the moment, but here are my questions:



Do you think they mildewed after 5 days in the trunk of my car in a plastic bag??



Will washing them get any mildew out??



Should I use them again??



I'd appreciate any responses... Thanks a bunch fellas :xyxthumbs
 
Sure, after 5 days in a dark, wet environment, I'm sure there is a little mold growing in there. Just wash them in hot water and you should be fine. You may even want to wash them twice, and make sure you use a warm rinse.
 
Sometimes i go weeks b4 i wash mine....There not sopping wet, but they do have residual product on them, they always rinse clean and are completely reusable with no ill effects......
 
Same here. I usually just throw them in a bucket until I round up enough of them to make one full load instead of washing only two or three towels at a time.
