MF for Windows

I have the cobra glass towels that were on sale (BOGO) from autogeek. They are waffle weave but waffles leave steaks on my windows. I guess I should seek something more softer? Any recommendations for glass?

I use the Prima Glass cloth with either Stoners Invisible Glass or Prima Clarity. Things work great. Use very little cleaner and it makes the windows very clear and streak free.

I use these towels that don't seem to have a name that I can track down. My supplier drops them off a dozen at a time and they literally feel and look like basketball shorts material. Very silky and shiny and leaves zero streaks. Haven't used anything else since I was intro'd to these.

Hmm. I use waffle weaves with Stoner Invisible Glass (I think they're Sonus brand towels. . . gold with red trim, but not positive on the brand, don't recall when/where I bought them), and haven't had issues with streaks. Not disputing your results, but for me, waffle weaves and Stoner IG have worked out very well for me. :nixweiss

I have problems with the same ones. It's like the waffle weave is too high or something. You go over sections may times, but it looks like you raked it. There are still lines of dirt.

I use pakshak WW towels and are so much better.

I don't like cobra because they leave lint. I used them for cleaning my leather seats on my TL.

I use the ww glass towels from pak shak, no issues with either stoners or megs glass cleaner concentrate

have heard that a mf towel just wrung out with water for the initial wipe, then a clean dry mf towel for the drying pass works wonders too but have not tried that yet as I have good results with what I mentioned at the beginning of my post

I like Poorboy's Velvet Smooth Glass towel.

I also use Surgical towels and WW (soft "floppy" type, not the crisp edged "Eggo waffle" type like Zwipes brand, for example).

Youve nailed the problem pretty much. Its almost as tho the mf is a stiff grid of fibers. You can feel it when u rub it against your skin.

On a side thought, does streaking come from the cleaner or dust/dirt being pushed around? or both?

I just bought 12 of these towels from ADS.

I hope they rock as good for me as they do you.

I am just so tired of the WW streaking and lint left by other MF towels.

Be sure to report back sir.
