While not my usual crazy correction post..this car was too sweet not to do a quickie write up on and share with you guys...i hope you enjoy it.
A brand new Chevy Z51 Stingray in Mesa, Arizona was dropped off with us to receive paint polishing and CQuartz Finest paint coating treatment. (Also known as our New Car Prep Package).

Pretty clean for the most part, but a necessary prep wash was still performed. First up - tires/wheels/wheel barrels and wells.

Well maybe the wheels weren't so clean
....

Gotta get behind the spokes.

Safely disolving away the brake dust and road grime.

Ah yes, much better...they ARE black after all!

Wheel barrels and calipers were sealed to help make maintenance as easy as possible...

(Note the water beading on the calipers
)
Next up, a foam bath to thoroughly clean the body of the car...make it thick!

After being hand washed and rinsed....Iron X was then used on the entire car to safely remove any iron particles (primarily from brake and rail dust) that may have bonded to the paint.

All the purple specks are iron particles being dissolved. Yes, even on a new car...

After chemically decontaminating the car, we then used a clay bar to remove what contaminates were left and then pulled it into the garage to begin polishing...this is where we remove swirls, water spots or any other paint defects.
For the most part the paint was in good shape, but it did still have clusters of swirls/scratches that needed to be corrected.

And after polishing...crystal clear

Glossing up nicely

Gotta love that black/white contrast....beautiful.
Exhaust tips were polished....
Before:

After:

Finsihed

The Z51 was then cleaned with Eraser...an extremely important step to insure all polishing oils are removed so that the CQuartz Finest coating can properly bond to the paint....allowing it to protect for 2+ years!
CQuartz Finest gets applied to every inch..even the fun, low...difficult to reach areas...which you can tell by the smile on Danis face...she was enjoying that lol. Oh, and it also gets applied in 2 coats...so she got to do it twice
.

Crazy gloss, even i was impressed!
