Menzerna saves the day!

Now that the convertible is done, I went back to work on my '03 Bonneville. As Rydawg will attest, this paint is not easy to work with. The old version of Hyper Compound couldn't even remove the swirls with two steps on a yellow pad, but the Menzerna just blew it away with one pass on a low profile orange pad.

Products used:

Menzerna Super Intensive Polish w/ low profile orange LC pad (via PC)

Menzerna Micro Polish w/white LC polishing pad

Unknown wax (it was a test wax from P21S)

Those hood shots are something else! Looks great! If I see a black mirror going down 31 I'll know who it is.

^^No orange peel at all and I would have to agree with everyone on the reflections....could you give me a link so I could buy some of that nice wax!!!

Thanks for the comments all! I'm not sure what is in the first picture. It might just be glare from the sun, but I wouldn't rule out marring as this paint is finicky. I did notice a couple spots when I took the pictures (a couple days after waxing) that when the sun hit it just right, it looked like very faint lines in the paint. I don't know if that is the wax or what?

Haha, actually this car has pretty bad orange peel if you saw it in person. The hood is a repaint though, so it has very minimal OP. And I can't tell you were to get the wax because I don't know what it is. It was from a wax test I did for P21S. It is some nice stuff though.
