according to Terry at Classic Motoring Accessories a new compound and the new PO85RD replacement for ceramiclear should be ready for ordering on Feb 2nd or 3rd on their site.

Also, CMA has free shipping (anything > 75.00) till the end of February.

There goes my detailing budget for fiscal year 2006.

Any idea on pricing/naming/details for the new PO85 RD?

Hopefully the will name it with something more memorable.

The Menzerna products are named like code names or something...

Last time I talked to CMA about these products they said the sizes would be 16 oz. So, I would assume they won't be $50 a bottle like the 32 oz. Menzerna polishes. They also said the naming would be along the lines of the function of the product like "final finishing polish" or something like that.

agreed, the smaller sizes are going to be very appealing to a lot of people....Including me!

Hopefully it will also come with a more friendly price tag...

@ $45 a bottle it was favorable per ounce to some other polishes out there that are more difficult to use and not as "pretty" in the finish.:)

True, but it's still more expensive than many (even in it's own brand).

Zane, it's easier to use than anything in its' own brand too.

Flatstick, I meant to let you know that I got the package. It came about an hour after I finished polishing my van. Did you get yours?

I've gotten great results from a variety of polishes (at many different prices).

PO85RD was easy to use, but I don't think it was too much different than FP (in terms of use).

Thanks.

I did not ask in my e-mail about any details. I just wanted to know when it would be available. The holdups were the labels. Those are in. Hence the THU/FRI ordering dates. I will be ordering the polish, a bunch of LC pads and their BB II so that I get free shipping.
