Meguiars UK - what the?

Just phoned them up this morning to put an order in for some #9 and some medallion paint cleaner.



Spoke to this polite chap and he said we dont do that line anymore and that it had been replaced by other products - namely the Consumer line which we have already! He wanted to replace these two with Scatch X and deep crystal body scrub :nono



I said no, the two products I am asking for are in the US Pro line but he wouldnt have any of it:nixweiss



I know some of you guys have ordered the US Meguiars stuff before from the UK.



What am I doing wrong :nixweiss :(

Maybe if you were to e-mail Meguiar's, U.S.A., they could give you some information as to the future of the Pro line in the UK.

It's nothing you're doing, it's Meguiar's. Taking a once great product line and flushing it down the proverbial toilet.

I use to order Meguiar´s stuff from its distributor in Holland. He sends the order by UPS. Transport is free for orders above 130 €( If I remember).



Don´t use the shop at the Meguiars Europe site. Best, go to Meguiars USA site, write down the product code, and then make your order by e-mail to Meguiars Europe, asking for quote. Confirm your order by e-mail, and send then your credit card number by fax.

I have ordered several items from the Pro range from the UK. I think they have a small stock of products which are not offically sold here just yet.



I can see why they want to sell the main (UK) products as they try to establish a footing in the UK, as the consumer range is more likely to be bought by the masses. Email them with the specific codes and I am sure they will help you.

I've emailed meguiars on their sales address so hopefully I might be able to get these products.
