Meguiars Leather C/C Opinons?

I have a bottle of Megs leather cleaner/conditioner that I have actually yet to use because I was using the last of another brand. I see that most seem to typically use a two step process of a cleaner and then a conditioner. So is this stuff decent as a one step product? Or is is maybe better suited as one of the two processes?
 
I found that it dosen't clean well at all..if your leather is clean then go ahead and give it a shot..if its dirty you can use woolite/water i'm not sure of the ratio at this poin (50/50? )t then use the cleaner/conditoner to maintain the leather..
 
Works for me then. The seats are very clean, and I don't tend to get them dirty, so if this product works decent as a conditioner, then that's good enough for me.
