Megs Glass Cleaner Concentrate, anyone use?

I plan on using AIO on my windows as a sealant and "rain-x" affect. Before I apply this I just want to use a glass cleaner to get any loose dirt, dust, fingerprints off.



This is for bulk detailing, so has anyone ever tried the Megs Glass Cleaner Concentrate? It says the dilution rate is 1 part concentrate to 10 parts watter, that seems really weak.
 
the megs stuff is decent enough for what it costs



although if you plan to use AIO on the glass, theres no need to wipe off finger prints before hand, AIO will take care of any grime thats on the glass

Yea, I thought so, but If I dont have time to completely rinse the car off and wash it, and I just want to clean the windows, I don't want to apply AIO with an applicator on a filthy window. Just how I am.
