Meg's detailer line Hyper wash or Shampoo Plus.

I see you.....
Has any one tried this car shampoo?? Here's a little info on it "Hyper-Wash
Typical dilution rates are obsolete when comparing them with Meguiar's Hyper-Wash. Using innovative techniques Meguiar's has created a product that produces rich, stable foam at an unbelievable dilution rate of 400:1. Its biodegradable formula safely and effectively lifts dirt and grime off all surfaces.

At $20 for a gallon (concentrate) seems like a good deal.

Shampoo plus
Meguiar's Shampoo Plus lubricating formula and luxurious foam team up to gently clean and condition even the most delicate clear coat surface without scratching. Its biodegradable conditioning formula deepens gloss, boosts shine and leaves a highly reflective, slick surface, making it the perfect choice for the ultimate car wash.

Shampoo plus is going for $15 for 1 gallon (concentrate)

Yep, I've tried samples of both. The Hyper Wash is pretty decent. Good lubrication and suds. I wasn't as fond of the Shampoo Plus... didn't have the lubrication that I like.

For somebody who does a LOT of washing, the HW is an excellent buy. As a detailing enthusiast, I still prefer the #62 or Gold Class in the Meguiar's line.

Geez, 1:400 is like 1/3 an ounce per gallon of water. Sounds like a great deal if it works well!

Just used some today (Hyperwash). Great suds that lasts through the entire wash and awesome lubricity. Worth trying a sample of.

Dilution rate is 400:1 = 1 oz/5gal H2O

Incredible suds and lubrication on the Hyper Wash. I don't think any Enthusiast brand wash can compete espacially for the price. This stuff is great, Shampoo plus haven't tried it, its the replacement for Meguiars wash N wax from the previous detailer line.

Yep, I have the Hyper-Wash. After using it several times I will make it my choice car wash from now on. It smells very good, suds do actually last throughout the entire wash, excellent lubricity. If you order from Megs, they will send you a hand pump to use on the gallon jug. 1 pump = 1oz of product. This is awesome because it helps to save time and guess work when your measuring. When they mean 1oz per 5 gallons, they mean just that! I highly reccomend it,,,,,,98

Yep, do you find your hands tingly after using it ? Or is just me ? 1 pump per 5 gallons is great, I get plenty of suds off 3/4 of a pump it is a amazing product.

Speaking of the pump...

I bought my Hyperwash at a Meg's PBE and it didn't come with a pump. I called the 1-800 number on the Meg's website to see how to get one and the tech support/catalog order specialist was clueless! First I asked the difference in Shampoo Plus and Hyperwash and the guy read me the sales pitch off the website! I asked about the pump and all he could tell me was that there was a picture of it next to the Hyperwash in the catalog!

Can someone help? All I want is a new pump for my Hyperwash! Where can I order one?

Thanks!

I do apologize man to hear your having trouble. I would call back Megs 800# again and see if you get a different guy. More than likely you will, but if you recognize the same guy, simply ask for someone else. If he gives you crap, so what! your right! I feel your pain man, and for one lousy pump. I wish you luck,,,,,98
