The foaming version is my go to tire cleaner diluted 1-1. Guess I'll give it a try at 1-3 since so many here like it's performance at higher dilution ratios. Better than Tuff Shine or any other tire cleaner I've tried.

its been awhile since i posted this. after using it on my wheels & tires i found 4:1 to be really weak. i have used it full strength with much better results. as a wheel & tire cleaner its ok, but there is much better out there......

I have been using it for years.....great product, very versatile...cleans leather to carpet, wheels, tires....
