If you just had the hood repainted, and there are swirls in the paint, I'd take the car back to the body shop and have them remove them. There's no reason to have swirls on brand new paint. If the paint was just put on at a body shop, your not supposed to put anything over the paint, be it waxes, sealants, glazes, etc. Reason being, these toppers dont allow for the paint to out-gas and cure.
