I have heard that the Chemical Companies are having to change their formulas to meet the Low Emission Regulations set by the government. I also heard that California is suppose to enforce those regulations sometime in the future for Sales of Car Care Products.
That might be why the cleaners, polishes and waxes do not perform the same. It’s like the old solvent based paints having to change to non-solvent based and we all know it just not the same. It’s getting better, but still not the same.
Anybody know about this?
