McLaren F1 sells for 10.8 million!!

Something cool about that having been Andretti's, though.

That being said, if I had unlimited money to blow on a car, it'd probably be the Keonigsegg Agera S...

I'd stick with the old school F1 with the stick shift, center seat and radio headsets to communicate with the passenger. Here's a great video reviewing these last supercars with manual gearboxes:

The last segment is on the F1.

I agree with Vega, I'm a big F1 fan. Gordon Murray is an incredible engineer. The f1 certainly commands a 10m price tag, it's feats in 1988 in preproduction where absolutely astounding. To achieve a benchmark of 241 mph when the world was just dreaming of the 200 mark is incredible. That machine has no forced in induction, no aids and it's soul purpose is for a driver. It's truly an incredible machine. My dream machine is chassis 03/5 F1 LM, which was owned by Frank Seldorf and is now in the very capable hands of Mr. Ralph Lauren. The F1 will always be number one in my book, that said street legal GT versions will always be more preference over the no regulated street versions ie. F40 LM v F40.

Oh and no offense to anyone but I have had privilege of seeing both an F1 HDF kitted next to a Veyron. In my humble opinion the Veyron doesn't have the presence the F1 has, you literally felt the F1 pull in. It was as if time froze for a second... absolutely incredible.

Plus, the unknown factor. Just as Jay Leno said, those who know... know. There was a security staff where both cars were parked. He asked me, why are you taking pictures of this thing (The F1)? You should be checking out the Veyron man.... I just smiled and kept snapping pictures

New age supercars are nice... but cars like these have a special place for me, chalk it up to childhood hero's...

The F1 has always been my absolute favorite car! I love the center seating position and the offset passenger seats.

I remember my first time seeing an F1 in the flesh.. I was amazed at how small (and perfect) it was...

I saw a P1 this past weekend at a C & C and it was the first time I had ever seen one up close. What a crazy car. Funny thing is there were New Lambos and F cars and the poor P1 was getting little to no love.

That is VERY sad...
