If someone has a Flyer on their computer but changes the name and numbers to read AUTOPIA and leave a gen # like (999)999-9999 then it wouldn't technicaly be advertizing and we could all see it.....

I don't see how it could be considered spam if you were to either cut out or distort the name and number so it is not legible.
